Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything feels updated and clean. The game room/movie room was awesome. We brought two dogs and they had lots of supplies ready for them. (Do take note if you bring your furry friends-there are lots of prickly cacti in the backyard, and it's best to keep a close eye on the doggos to keep them safe!). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a really nice stay at Mendi’s house. It was exactly as described and accommodated our large extended family. The location was good. The garage converted into a media room/game room (table tennis, foosball, tabletop shuffle board/bowling) was a big hit. Very prompt and friendly communication, too. We would definitely stay here again!

This desert retreat was fantastic!
The host provides all the amenities you would expect at an upscale hotel admits a gorgeous backdrop, right near one of the entrances to Joshua Tree National Park. We celebrated my husband’s birthday by going to a lot of the sites in the park and exploring the town and nearby Gateway communities.
We were allowed to bring our dogs and they were very well behaved I think because the property was so quiet and peaceful, there was no reason to bark at anything! We brought our own doggy bowls and blankets, but they even had them in case you wanted to use theirs to help cover up furniture and make the doggies feel at home. If we come back to Joshua tree we would 100% stay here again. The living space was gorgeous and very well decorated. They even had a game room with shuffleboard, ping-pong, Pac-Man, etc.

We loved our stay as it was close to the park, the town and had so many amenities. This was the best stocked airbnb we’ve probably ever been to. We loved the game room and hot tub for relaxing in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your home Mendi!

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and was very easy to find. We really appreciated that the kitchen is separated from the bedroom—you can easily take a nap while someone else is cooking without any disruption. The jacuzzi was hot and ready when we arrived, which was a great way to relax right away.
We had so much fun taking photos in the saloon and spending time hanging out in the hammock. Although we didn’t get a chance to do yoga this time, it was on our to-do list and I highly recommend it. The mats are ready, and there’s a lovely space set up just for that.
Because of the price, I would recommend going with a larger group so you can split the cost, but it is absolutely worth it even if you go as a couple. The house is well set up for multiple families or an extended family stay.
I highly recommend this home—five stars! I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was filled with everything we needed and was labeled so well we didn’t have to send a search party for things we needed.
The set up of the rooms made it easy to relax and unwind here. We loved that there were all these different areas suited to different activities, so there was always something for us to do and have us the ability to split off if we wanted to do something different.
Between the outdoor setup and the game room our kids were entertained the whole time, which meant the adults could actually relax.

We stayed at Mendi and Jorge's last weekend to celebrate our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The check in process was easy. We had an issue getting the tv to work and Jorge was wonderful, fixed it for us while we went to get groceries and left a movie playing for us when we got back. The beds are a little firm at first but honestly helped our backs relax. The neighborhood was really peaceful, and a short drive to a lot nearby. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook, bake and enjoy our morning coffee and tea. The living room was our favorite place it was so cute and comfy and the swing chair was so pretty. The check out process was also extremely easy. Definitely recommend staying here and would consider when returning.

Mendi was very helpful and responsive. She immediately addressed any questions we had. She made great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The home was very well stocked with kitcheie ware, paper products, soap, etc. The movie theatre and game room were fantastic! Our family had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Mendi's place!

Absolutely loved staying here! We visited this Air BnB when friends were staying over last year and were thrilled when it was available this year. Close to the park entrance and restaurants, well stocked and labeled kitchen (the slow cooker was key!), hammocks and a hot tub… it was perfect for our family of four with a 3 and 7 year old. Mendi was quick to respond and was proactive in sending over detailed information. Highly recommend!
