NOTE: The spa is professionally serviced every Tuesday. A technician will access the spa area briefly during the day ususally between 10-2:00. We appreciate your understanding! • HOT TUB LEGAL By staying in my home, you are agreeing to all conditions below. Violation of any of these regulations may result in a fine or removal from the property. Neither the host nor the host's agents can assure the safety of persons using property containing a spa. As a consequence, guests assume liability for spa use by themselves, other occupants, and their guests. 1. Spas, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation, also can be dangerous. People (as well as pets) can be severely injured or drown if the pool is not properly used. Guests are strongly cautioned that they, other occupants and guest's guest must adhere to the following safe practices: • No diving into the hot tub • No intoxicated persons may use the spa • No one should use the pool or spa alone as there is no lifeguard on duty • Children may never be left unattended when they may gain access to the spa, not even for a few seconds 2. For this rental the following must also apply: • Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14. • No glass or breakable containers permitted in Jacuzzi. • Users must shower prior to using the spa. • No bath bombs, body oils, bubbles, or any other additives permitted in jacuzzi 3. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK 4. Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the spa.
